Grievance Redressal
We want every customer and partner to be treated fairly. If something has gone wrong, here's how to tell us and what happens next.
How to raise a grievance
Write to us by email, call us, or send a letter to our registered office. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your name and contact details
- A short description of the issue and when it happened
- The name of the lender, if your concern relates to a loan
- Any reference numbers or screenshots that help explain the issue
Please don't send your full Aadhaar number, bank account number, card details, OTPs or passwords. We will never ask for them.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We acknowledge your grievance within 2 working days and give you a reference number.
- Resolution. We aim to resolve it within 15 days. If it needs longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- Escalation. If you're not satisfied with the Level 1 response, write to our Grievance Officer, who will review it independently.
Complaints about a loan
Kredova is not a bank or lender. Loans are provided by RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs, and each lender has its own grievance redressal officer, whose details appear in your Key Fact Statement and loan documents. We will help you reach the right person.
If a lender does not resolve your complaint within 30 days, or you're not satisfied with its reply, you can complain under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme through the RBI Complaint Management System.
Report fraud
Kredova never charges borrowers a fee or asks for upfront payment to get a loan. If someone does this in our name, report it to us immediately, and to the national cybercrime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. You can also report unauthorised entities on RBI's Sachet portal.
