This website is operated by Kredova Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U62090TS2026PTC223342), with its registered office at 2707, Pristine Block, Spring Valley Road, Lingampalli, Serilingampally, K.V. Rangareddy, Hyderabad – 500019, Telangana, India ("Kredova", "we", "us"). We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

2. What we collect

Information you give us through the enquiry form or by email or phone: your name, work email, phone number (if you choose to share it), organisation, the service you're interested in and your message.
Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and the type of device, collected in aggregate through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to track you.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, your Aadhaar, PAN, bank account or card details, OTPs or passwords.

Partner lenders, only if you ask us to help you with a loan, and only with your explicit consent at that time.
Authorities, where required by law, court order or a regulator.

5. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and no longer than 24 months unless the law requires otherwise. We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, to erase it, or to withdraw your consent. You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to admin@kredova.in and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
